Wild salmon is the best. Does not require too much seasoning as it already has a nice tangy flavour.

Sprinkle some black pepper, coarse salt with seaweed and squeeze over some lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. Wrap in some kitchen foil, bake for about 30 mins. Serve with boiled new potatoes, asparagus spears and hollandaise sauce, which you can get ready made.
