And by that I dont mean classmates....or colleagues you have pleasant chats with...

I mean best friends, 'best man at your wedding' kind of friends, 'he/she knows more about me than anyone else' type of friend

....I used to watch this show called 'Any Day Now' about a white woman and a black woman who grew up during the sixties in the south of the US...They were best friends despite all types of difficulties and whatnot...

It had me thinking that I dont have any white friends like that, in fact, all my best CLOSE friends are black.

I can have fun with people of other race, laugh and have serious talks, but when it comes down to it, I dont see them as my good and close friends....

I was just wondering what the case is with you guys
