Has anyone found different results between cold water and water at room temperature? My experience is that one's readiness for water intake increases when water is at room temperature, instead of cold.
Regarding digestive problems that result when one fails to wait 30 minutes between meals and water, would one have the same predicament when drinking unsweetened hot herbal tea with a meal? How about wine (in moderation) at mealtime?
