Dear Marianne Zierau - Information and Complaints Assistant ,


Thank you for your letter dated 26 July 2007, Ref: MZ/FOIA/206 and the attached Employee Ethnicity Analysis information.


1) You said, on behalf of the Housing Corporation, and I quote:

"The reasons why we believe that none of the Corporation's departments are institutionally racist are that all candidates for posts at the Corporation are expected at interview and through the entire selection process to demonstrate their commitment to equality of opportunity."


Does the Housing Corporation actually ask prospective candidates if they are Racist or not and keep a record of their replies?





2) You said, on behalf of the Housing Corporation, and I quote:

"Accordingly I enclose sheets showing ethnicity analysis of senior managers and ethnicity of all staff by department and grade for each of the last three years, so that you can make your own comparisons."


I have made an analysis of the data in a spread sheet program and examined the trend lines of White staff compared to BME (non-white) staff over the last three (3) years.

I have found:
no upward trend in any of the Housing Corporation departments of BME (non-white) staff whatsoever over the last three (3) years.


an apparently severe underrepresentation of BME (non-white) staff at the most Senior Management levels of the Housing Corporation over the last three (3) years.


a decline in BME (non-white) representation at the most Senior Management levels of the Housing Corporation over the last three (3) years.


a few higher level Housing Corporation departments that have had no BME (non-white) representation whatsoever over the last three (3) years.



Has anybody done an analysis of the Housing Corporation department data and had the same results as I have?

The analysis to date would justify a conclusion that the Housing Corporation is a suspect White Supremacist Racist organisation. Is there any further information you can provide to show otherwise?



3) You said, on behalf of the Housing Corporation, and I quote:


"we are satisfied that employees at all levels operate within the principles of our commitment to equality and diversity."


Who are the "we" in the above sentence?

Who exactly is responsible for that conclusion and have they seen an analysis of the Housing Corporation Employee Ethnicity data over the last three (3) years or more?

Please would you arrange for the correct person to send me the answer to these specific questions. Please would you ensure that no Racist staff answer these questions as White Supremacist, Racist Terrorist staff will try to lump all these questions together in an attempt to confuse the situation.

These White Supremacist, Racist Terrorists are responsible for the systematic abuse of the non-white community and are the cause of incompetent administration, stress in the work place, misappropriation of housing funds, premature deaths, domestic violence and gun crime on the streets.

1. Are any of the Housing Corporation departments Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist?

2. How many of the Housing Corporation Departments have the correct number of Black and Minority Ethnic staff in Executuve, Directorship and Senior Management positions?

3. What checks are in place to ensure that staff in Housing Corporation Departments are not members of Racist organisations?

4. Please would you send me by post and email the latest performance results of the Housing Corporation Race Equality/Diversity Scheme.

5. Would you please send me the 16+1 Ethnic Classification statistics for all Housing Corporation Directorship, Executive and Senior Management.

I have looked at the Housing Corporation's website but I could not find any statistics about Black and Minority Ethnic representation at all levels of the organisation. Please would you send me this information.


Please would you advise who I should ask to get an answer to questions 1, 2, and 3. The questions are copied below in the previous corespondence for your convenience.
