Move out of your council flat you'll create even more enemies...you'll be considered a snob. Not everyone can move out of their high rise and many lazy people use that as an excuse to not even try.

These people need to see and live real third world poverty, where there is nothing around to steal or rob to survive, where it's just them and the elements where only working together will they see daylight.
