I apologise for the delay in communications. Currently I am employing a structural realignment of the 'observers' deployment strategies and personel. This is far from a reactionary desperate measure to the unexpected misfortunes of the initial first weeks, as you may have heard. I assure you everything I am doing is part of a bigger more complicated scheme which will be revealed to you and the other league members at the appropriate time.
