The racism of the police which I will agree with you is prevalent but that is to suggest that if I want to learn about eg the use of the internet for sexual abuse, paedophilia etc I would not go to my colleagues at Operation Ore which I guarantee you is the first place I would go and in fact have recommended that Caribbean colleagues contact people in Ore because they know far more about that shit than we do.
