I have to contend that I believe it is a major problem within our community. Yes the poor Lad was killed. And it's sad. Wrong. Evil even!
But look at the Press and Governments reaction. NIMBYISM GONE MAD.

Goverment wants to make new laws, the Prime Minster has a word to say to the Media about this "Crisis" and the Childrens Minster is getting involved and the Media giving it Front Page billing. And for sure we have not heard the last of this. Why? Because one of their own was a victum.
The Media sends the message out very loud and clear cut. This poor lad had no connection with Gangs. All to often that message is not made for other victums as loudly. For me it sounds like an overspill.
The Weapons. My guess the increase in Eastern European has also brought an increase in communist block weapons. Who knows? Who cares?
I also have the feeling that the murder is probably a white youth. As usually the media are first to say it's a black youth. So why no description of the attacker?
