If your weight changes a lot if you were once skinny then you got heavier you are overweight. As you age your metabolism slows down and you just can't sit around and eat and drink anything you want. people are built a curtain way but if you were once small and now your big and it is not muscle gain. than I would stop eating and drinking sugar eat meat at only one meal a day and get 30 minutes of exercise daily.
