**bangs head against wall** but this is exactly my point when I pressed on the issue of 'taking responsibility'... We all know that unless you're lucky it is extremely unlikely that you influence the children of others.. so the question whose responsibility is it to ensure that the parents of those who do not raise their children, or those who let their children run riot..does not effect wider society..is the BLACK community as i'm alway told or is it the responsibility of EVERYONE to ensure proper things are put in place to address these types of children... That is the failure that over the last TEN years at least everything that was there have been bloody cut, and cut again!!!
