Dear Mary Geoghegan BBC People ,

Thank you for your reply and the attached PDF with BBC staff statistics that provide evidence of the performance of the Race Equality / Diversity Scheme at the BBC since 2002.




I was horrified to see the apparent gross incompetance in the management of the Race Equality Scheme that has resulted in the consistent under-representation of Black and Non-White people in Senior Management positions in the BBC for so many years.





You, Mary Geoghegan said of behalf of the BBC that:



"The BBC has always had an aspiration to reflect the diversity of the UK communities that it serves. The BBC met the last set of diversity workforce targets that it set itself in December 2003. At that time the targets were 10% and 4% for BME staff overall in the BBC workforce and at SM level respectively. BME people currently make up approximately 8% of the UK population".







White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs like to make promises and create plans with no intention to deliver. Black and Non-White people will be killed, abused and exploited as a result of decisions made next week, next month and every month while the problem of White Supremacy continues to function via the system of Institutional (Organised) Racism.







Please can you, Mary Geoghegan or the correct person;



1. Provide details of how Black and Non-White people were involved in the diversity target setting or not as may be the case.





2. Provide an explanation as to why significantly lower diversity targets are set for the representation of Black and Non-White people in BBC Senior Management positions than for the BBC workforce?





3. Provide an explanation as to how the apparently atrocious management of the Race Equality / Diversity Scheme over the last six (6) years has resulted in the consistent over-representation of White people in Senior Management positions and how this has impacted on the lives of people classified as Black and Non-White within the BBC and the communities that the BBC serves.





You, Mary Geoghegan have provided information of behalf of the BBC that shows 100% White people only BBC Senior Management for the following years and divisions:



"30 June 2002

100% White people only in Drama, Entertainment & CBBC, Marketing & Communications and DG Office & Governance & Accountability.



30 June 2003

100% White people only in Marketing & Communications, Strategy & Distribution and DG Office & Governance & Accountability.



30 June 2004

100% White people only in Marketing, Communications & Audiences, Strategy & Distribution and DG Office & Governance & Accountability.



30 June 2005

100% White people only in Sport and Marketing, Communications & Audiences.



30 June 2006

100% White people only in Sport, Business Operations, Marketing, Communications & Audiences.



30 June 2007

100% White people only in Sport, Marketing, Communications & Audiences and BBC Trust."





4. Provide an explanation as to how it was possible for suspect White Supremacist Racists saboteurs in the BBC to have managed to ensure that no Black and Non-White people have been represented in these Senior Management positions for such long periods of time.





5. Provide an explanation as to how 100% White people only Senior Management has impacted on the BBC decision making processes and what effect this has had on the lives of people classified as Black and Non-White within the BBC and the communities that the BBC has served since 2002.





White Supremacist Racist saboteurs work insidiously to directly and indirectly divert resources, kill, exploit and abuse Black and Non-White people over long periods of time. These White Racist Terrorists in positions of trust and authority can afford to plan years into the future because they are not suffering daily as a result of their very Smart, Clever, Sophisticated and Deceptive Racist strategies





The infestation of the BBC with suspect White Supremacist Racists Saboteurs makes the BBC a dangerous place for Black and Non-White people and the BBC productions dangerous for the Black and Non-White communities served by the BBC.



Gullible and trusting Black and Non-White people are deluded, confused and severely retarded by very Smart, Clever, Sophisticated and Deceptive White Supremacist Racists in the media.
