A better question maybe why is it so hard for black women to accept compliments?????

Tell you a very recent incident @work its a huge place loads of employees Depts its one of those places where its refreshing seeing brothas and sistas becasuse its not easy for us getting into this places e.t.c....as it goes during a tea break saw this two sistas i acknowledged one of them its just one of those things when you both click..well end of working day surprise surprise she sat opposite me on the tube first she glanced at me and maybe she expected me to do something i don't know looked at her to have some sort of conversation but the her body language was all wrong not even a smile so i just faced my newspaper...why the front? the attitude?..reason why i laugh when our women bang on about the lack of decent men some do need to change their attitude..not every black man is willing to put up with it we work harder 'cos we more conspicuous and even though i'm not a big fan of IR i UNDERTSTAND!!
Having said that the next day saw a sista from a different firm having a cig smiled at her and she smiled back that was all no biggie!!...but enuff sistas just need to relax exhale...
As i mentioned we have so many things wrong that have been internalized that needs to be sorted before we even think of bringing YT into the equation...
