Hey can I ask your opinion on this...

Will it improve NOVA especially in terms of black people

Thanks.
I went to school out in the Delmarva region, for a while, back in the day;Princess Anne and Salisbury Maryland, to be exact. Those parts of Maryland were like night and day, from the parts that border DC, or other parts of Maryland, like Baltimore; very rural, country, even(way more rural than anything i've seen in the so called Deep South, since I moved here) , at least back then.

I'm not so sure about that plant helping Black folks in NoVA. I spent part of my childhood in the Alexandria and Arlington areas of Northern VA, and there seemed to be more Black presence, influence, though, still solidly white. In recent years, it seems MORE white to me,(when i visit at least), then largely Vietnamese and other Asians. That could be cause my fam eventually moved across the river, to Prince Georges County, which is Blacker than Black: poor Black folks, working class Black folks, middle class Black folks, wealthy Black folks, but everybody is Black, lol, and I got accustomed to NOT seeing white people, at all, lol. The biggest number of Blacks I see in NoVa, when I'm there, are Ethiopians. Herndon is considered the boondocks, and doesn't even have the Black presence that Alexandria and Arlington have. I'm not even sure if it is Metro accessible. If it is, maybe it will make some difference, if not, probably not.
