A doubt has arisen about the service the Jobcentre Plus is providing that has resulted in the suspension of my Jobseeker's Allowance.



I had a meeting on Tuesday 28 August at 11:40 with Aysen.



Aysen told me that there were a "minimum of 3 steps that must be taken" on the Jobseekers Agreement.



I asked Aysen for the proof of this and she asked another member of staff to read through the guidelines who was subsequently unable to find anything about these compulsory "3 steps". Aysen said she had been told there were "3 steps" by her superiors. Aysen has promised to write to me a confirmation letter about these "3 steps".





Sharon Bailey and Jane came over to assist Aysen and behaved towards me in an intimidating White Supremacist Racist fashion. I had witnessed this behaviour from Sharon Bailey on a previous occasion when dealing with a Black youth some months earlier.



As a result of my experience I have no choice but to suspect that:

1) Sharon Bailey and Jane are misrepresenting Jobcentre Plus.

2) Sharon Bailey and Jane are enforcing there own requirements on customers above and beyond those specified in the Jobcentre Plus Jobseeker's Agreement.


3) Sharon Bailey and Jane are White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs.

and/or

4) Jobcentre Plus is a White Supremacist Racist infested organisation.


I cannot trust any further communications from Sharon Bailey and Jane at this stage.

I need clarification and confirmation from a reliable source that Jobcentre Plus is not abusing Black / Non-White people and that the Jobcentre Plus has an effective Race Equality Scheme.

1. Please would you or the appropriate person send me a spreadsheet that shows the records of the relationship between Staff Ethnicity, Staff Job Level/Grade and Department at Jobcentre Plus in London each year since 2002.


On the spreadsheet show the relationship between:

1.1. Staff Ethnicity - (White, Black, Asian etc)

1.2. Staff Job Level - (Grade)

1.3. Department - (Administration, Operations, Finance, Development, etc)

1.4. Year - (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 etc)


2. Please would you or the appropriate person include information about how the relationship between Staff Ethnicity, Job Level/Grade and Department in Jobcentre Plus in London has reflected the Ethnicity of the community that the Jobcentre Plus in London has served each year since 2002.


Please apply the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as necessary.
