Ok, lemme break this down really quick. Bare with me, I'm no writer:


So today, me and my friend struck up a conversation with this Nigerian girl(obsessed over white males) that we knew in class about well...her and why she was so "light" skinned...in fact she is actually close to my color. Caramel. Caramel is NOT light skinned. Ok? ok.


Now my ignorant companion has no knowledge about Africa and the skin tones of the people in the various regions...he thinks all blacks in Africa are black as this little box I'm typing in, have super huge lips, and enormous noses. Ok. Fine. But the Nigerian girl we're talking to shatters his little preconception and he's surprised...and attracted. What an idiot. What a grade A buffoon. Man. I just sit here and concentrate on his complete lack of brain cells to be able to grasp this simple fact: All Africans are not what you see on channel 3 at 2:00 am in the morning..or the Discovery channel for that matter. What makes it worse is that he's a black male...may not be surprising to you guys, but hey, I don't get out much. Sue me.


Now he likes the light skinned blacks and there are many in my class. Me, I love black women in general, and refuse to date anyone else, but miss Nigeria and my Homie see that as a problem. A crime. I say that I find this extremely dark girl attractive, and their heads turn 360 degrees on some exorcist ish.

meh, this is a rant, but whatever. Amazing when people see it as surprising that you're black and *gasp* only like black women....BLACK WOMEN.
