Dear Mr Lynch,

We would like further information to help decide your claim for Jobseeker's Allowance and/or National Insurance credits.

In order that we are aware of all the information surrounding your claim, please reply in full to all of the questions overleaf. Please give any further information you wish us to take into account.

Please answer the questions over the page even if you are already receiving Jobseekers Allowance. Send the completed form back as soon as you can and no later that one week from the date shown above. A pre-paid envelope or label is enclosed for this purpose.

Please note that it is in your interest to respond to this letter as you may lose Jobseeker's Allowance/National Insurance Credits if you do not.

If the questions asked overleaf relate to a former job, any comments you make may be shown to your former employer.

Yours sincerely

Mrs L Campbell

Questions:

1) On 28/8/2007 the jobcentre adviser completed a jobseekers agreement detailing the steps you should take to apply for job opportunities identified on that agreement. Specifically these were:

* write to at least 3 employers a week.

* contact jobseekers direct at least twice a week.

* ask family, friends and people you have worked with before.

* look in 3 newspapers weekly and apply for job opportunities identified.

Although you have agreed to take some of the above steps to look for work, you are not prepared to write to any employers or to contact jobseekers direct at least twice a week as directed by the jobcentre officer to apply for job opportunities. In the circumstances how do you propose to maximise your jobseeking efforts if you are not prepared to write to any employers and are not prepared to contact jobseekers direct for opportunities available through them?

Dear Mrs L Campbell - Jobcentre Plus - Manager,

Thank you for your letter dated 3 October 2007 which was received on the 16 October 2007. I was not able to meet the deadline of one week from the 3 October 2007 because of the late arrival of the letter.

1. The form sent with your letter is not correct. The details on the form enclosed of what was on the Job Seekers Agreement completed on 28 August 2007 are not correct. Information has been added that is not on my copy of the Job Seekers agreement.

2. The form also contains this statement:

"you are not prepared to write to any employers or to contact job seekers direct at least twice a week as directed by the Jobcentre Officer to apply for job opportunities".

This statement is not correct. This statement is a lie.

As a result of the way my case has been handled to date I have no choice but to suspect that Jobcentre Plus has White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs working in my local Jobcentre Plus and/or there are White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs working in the Decision Making & Appeals department.

Please would you, Mrs L Campbell answer these questions or arrange for these questions to be answered by the correct person in light of the above serious errors.

3. Does Jobcentre Plus have a duty of care to ensure that Jobcentre Plus customers who are Black / Non-White are not advised to seek or accept employment in organisations that are Institutionally Racist?

4. Does Jobcentre Plus exercise due diligence to ensure that Jobcentre Plus customers who are Black / Non-White are not advised to seek or apply for job opportunities in organisations that cannot be said to have a well managed Race Equality Scheme?

5. Does Jobcentre Plus take steps to help Black / Non-White customers look for work with organisations that are not infested with White Supremacist Racists in Trustee, Directorship, Executive, Senior Management positions?

White Supremacist Racists are very Smart, Clever, Sophisticated, Deceptive, Well Resourced and Well Informed.

White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs like to make promises and create plans with no intention to deliver. Black and Non-White people will be confused, deluded, abused, exploited, severely retarded and killed as a result of Racist decisions made this week, next week, next month and every month while the problem of White Supremacy continues to function via the system of Institutional (Organised) Racism.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Kind regards

Derrick Lynch
