The exact same way the white or almost white dominates Asia and select pockets of Africa as well. As early as the Indo-European/White man was in existence about 6,000 years ago (4,000 BCE) they had to have the awareness that they could be genetically annihilated if mixed with the original migrant African (black and brown) peoples who settled Asia. If they didn't set in place a system to deny privileges in society while murdering, stealing, raping, and exploiting the predominant darker peoples in Asia then they would have been extinct within few several generations. Everyone would still be at least brown skinned.
Therefore, we have more detail on what they did when we look at the history of America and Australia. If they were peacable, and mixed with indigenous populations then they would have been extinct as a "white" people.
It is this fear of white genetic annihilation that Dr. Welsing asserts is the root of all racism, namely White Supremacy. It is this pronounced fear, coupled with the feelings of inadequacy and inferiority (due to white skin) that is proposed as the Unified Field dictating the cultural Indo-European (European, Arab, West Asian, etc.) behavior towards African and darker peoples.
