Destroying trust in the ideology of White Supremacy neutralises the power of the ideology to impact the lives of people classified as Black / Non-White via the system of Institutional (Organised) Racism.
People may still choose to believe themselves to be 'White' and 'Supreme' but they will not have the power and the means to systematically abuse, delude, confuse, exploit and kill people they continue to believe are Black / Non-White and inferior.

So then, if a "non-white" person has no more "trust" in the ideology of White Supremacy, he or she is no longer impacted by White Supremacy? ...Can no longer be harrassed by white supremacists or falsely accused by white supremacists?

As long as people believe in that religion/system/brand etc it has power.
As long as people classified as Black / Non-White believe that White people in positions of trust and authority in organisations that manage the vital resources contributed by and due to people classified as Black / Non-White, White Supremacy can retain it's power.
