This is not consistent with the definition you later provided. This statement contains no connotations of injustice, while the definition you provided, does.

When the critical mass of people classified as Black / Non-White lose trust in White people in positions of trust and authority the system of Institutional (Organised) Racism will colapse and the power of White Supremacist ideology will be neutralised.

The advanced means by which the ideology is communicated is against the ideology itself.
White Supremacist Racists survive in power by pretending not to be Racist.
White Supremacy works most effectively when it can minimise the use of threats of violence and violence to promote, finance, sustain and enforce White Supremacy.
White Supremacist Racists need people classified as Black / Non-White to actually believe that they are inferior and that it is in their best interest to have Supreme/Superior White people in positions of power and trust in control over them.
