The police have already been carrying out Stop and Searches on our youths OFFICIALLY and UNOFFICIALLY, and have been using HEAVY HANDED TACTICS, for as long as I can rememeber.

Stop and Search has been taking place on the Black Ccmmunity since the Notting Hill Riots....or even earlier
