No I havent but I have never worked in an office before and it was just an eye opener. I dont have a problem with asians, blacks or gays in normal social enviorments.
It has nothing to do with me at all. I didnt go in there to make buddies i went in there to get paid, but you cant help thinking WTF

I said it's to do with you because of what you wrote - it was all about the negatives you could see. I'm not saying you're not right about the people, but if it occupies your mind that much here or any other office you work in, it's always gonna be a struggle.
The people around you may never change - all you can do is find a way of relating to them that suits you, which is primarily about you rather than them.
