Can only devote enough time for running and calisthenics.

I run hills.....do pullups ,dips and push ups with weight vest.....sets of just bodyweight, 20 lbs, and then 40 lbs.



Just drink water and juice......eliminated soda,etc



i've done the gym thing.....just too time consuming.....
