heres a couple of my simple tips for those who aint in the know

I tend to stick by these although I do a simple wash out for number 6

1. Layoff alcohol (social drinking is fine lol lol)
2. Layoff any type of smoking
3. Drink 100% Juices and drink lots of water, drink tea ( tea contains more antioxidants than juice)
4. Layoff fried foods and ground beef
5. Supply yourself with a few excellent multi-vitamin supplements and herbs that benefit the cardiovascular system such as hawthorne berry and ginko biloba
6. Obtain a good herbal colon cleanse and use it 3-4 times a year to remove those parasites in your body [MANY PEOPLE SLEEP ON THIS]
7. Layoff Soda
8. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and drink V8 juice if you don't get enough in your foods
9. Run 3X a week 2-3 miles is fine
10. Lift weights 3 times a week
11. Minimize your sugar intake especially if your BMI IS high
12. Eat yogurt
