1) Mulattos get their sense of racial worth from whites, and really want to be "Aryans".

2) The fact that Mulatto comes from Mule means that it was allways a bad word and that its not good to identify with.

3) Mulattos hate Black people because we dont like having your blood in us, which, according to you, makes us hipocrits because we would then be hating our parents and hating part of ourselves.

4) We are trying to make Brazilians believe in things the way we do.

1) Actually, Blacks get their sense of racial worth from whites, and mulattos do so only to a much lesser extent. The more mixed you are, the more comfortable you are with youre racial value because they more "superior" genes you have. That Blacks are uncomfortable with their own "inferiority" rather than Mulattos, so to speak, is attested by the idolization of mulattos in the black community. Our women are shaking their asses all over tv. Our rappers, our movie stars, our singers, and our faces are the national image of "black" America. The truth hurts so sweetly, dont ya think? Now heres a little history lesson for you: The word mulatto was not used in a derogatory sense, ever, before the early 20th century, when white racists and black (cough) civil rights leaders and thinkers denigrated it to corrall mulattos into adopting a ****** identity. Sad, but true. In fact, if you were educated at all, youd realize that mulatto was used sometimes as a color-descriptor, applied even to Spaniards. Speaking of whom, the spanish used the word to describe racial hybridization of any kind, but it became associated more with blacks and whites probably because these two races were seen as the most different, hence there was the beleif that two strains or species were actually mating. The idea was not to denigrate the offspring, though, mind you. So, though its origens may be bad, the word itself is good and its supposedly bad connotation is really rooted in misunderstanding, and racist proppoganda. We mulattos have you, our enemies, to thank for that. Now heres another little lesson, the word negro comes from the latin niger.
