i went to work this saturday, and somebody asked me to explain what was going on in america with the whole president thing in relation to race and why its so big, (i was asked inparticular because i watch daily politics) however i was rudely interupted by a white female older collegue who said, it doesnt matter clintons gonna win anyway.

Not that i think the obama would win, i thought it was interesting, that she shrugged off the issue of his race, and then stated that clinton would win, though his race is obviously a big issue, and we were tryig to discuss if america was ready for a black president?
personally i think no, but i am very shocked that a black guy has gotten so far
