No. The main point of theology from an African perspective is to get us to see that prophesy is here to help the poor, and oppressed of humanity. You may recall that there is a liberation theology in Latin America and other parts of the world. So, the idea that GOD, Most Merciful, Most Gracious shows Mercy and Grace to the oppressed includes the opressed of every color from the blackest black to the whitest white.

As for Islam, Black Theology is a Christian theology, not an Islamic One. You will also notice that some of the teachers quoted above are white gentlemen, not necessarily Africans.
