Adebayo fits the current BBC mould for broadcasters much more than Schumann - he wouldn't have survived on Five Live for as long as he has otherwise, and IMO he's a lot better there as a broadcaster than he is on BBC London. Don't know either of them well enough to know whether there's any beef between them, and I don't think they're competing with each other. Think that Henry Bonsu was a bigger loss to the Beeb than Schumann.
Would say that Dotun is a lot less inclined to toe the official line from 'Afrocentric HQ', so that would make him unpopular with some. He has peddled some rubbish in his time; that said, I personally don't see that every 'black' presenter must always and only deal in 'black' programming.
