I've been on this Board over 4 years, and have over 4000 posts, collectively. My views on this topic and others are well known by anyone who has been on this Board for a while. I couldn't play Mrs. Nice Guy or disavow what I've posted, if I wanted to,lol. I don't want to, btw.
I MEANT what I said in my responses. For the record, I RARELY, if ever, say anything I don't mean. I'm way too thought out for that. What I was conveying to Afriki, is that I didn't MEAN what I said to be taken personally by HER. I was not trying to take shots at what she said. I could tell from her response(particularly her comment about my 'long ass" post,lol) that she thought that I was responding to HER and her post, in particular. She's been on this Board for a long time, I consider her a part of the BNV family/community, as a matter of fact, she's one of the Biracial people that I present as Exhibit A, to support my views about the differences in what the UK produces, and what the U.S. produces, generally speaking), in the way of Biracials so I didn't want her to be unneccesarily offended. I don't have a problem offending people, there is a time and place for that, but I like it to be INTENTIONAL, when I do it.
Having said that though, I'm not going to take or express a position on this topic or any other topic, that I don't really feel, just because it might offend someone that I would rather not offend.
