I was just wondering how structured my life is as a christian? Well not structured so much as guided. Do I have any choice in the matter? Is my every step named already for me?

Yep there are a lot of do's and dont'ts in christianity: don't have sex with your sister, another's spouse, don't kill for the fun of it, don't take the property of others and the like. there are many more that don't cramp my style at all.

and then there is the insurance policy for the after life, really really inexpensive. Just faith in a work of God that can not be phantomed with the rational mind.

I love fishing, hiking, playing with my grand childern, chatting and debating on the 'machine', reading philosophy and other interesting books, not being afraid of anything in the universe, unafraid to stand and declare what and who I am to anyone and being intellectually challenged unafraid to converse with those of a greater magnitude intellectually than myself.

I agree with the writer who said that God hates religions. they are manmade, the nature of God is in man, but we also have the knowledge of good and evil and a healthy knowledge of the advantage of what the committing one or the other will bring at any given time.

the majority of men do not have to be taught not to slaughter or rape their mothers or grandmothers. even before we take the property of another we are prone to look to see if someone saw us because we know that it is wrong.

If folk who do not have anything to say would refrain from saying it, this would be a better world...J.V.McGee
