Sorry to hear about all the shyte your cousin went through with BA,he certainly has more than enough grounds for compensation.


The bit which is most shocking to me though is that 200 people were asked to leave the flight.How come I havn't heard about this??,my finger is usually on the pulse of all things aviation?

And also is this possible?? (the booting off I mean) especially as pilots dont like to take off with half empty crafts(weight distribution and wot not).

I'm completely flummoxed????
