The level of disdain for Africans by BA is incredible. One would expect that customers on the most lucrative flight route in the world (2nd only to Lagos - New York), would be treated with more respect.
A Nigerian deportee died on a flight back to Nigeria from Spain a short while ago, and no one has been held accountable yet. So if Nigerians on a plain react to shouts of 'I go die" by another deportee, then they are perfectly within limits. The Nigerian Government needs to step in (if they are not too busy sharing the loot from the rising price of oil) and altogether ban BA from flying to Nigeria. until a proper apology is given, and a 1yr probationary period instituted with adequate compensation to the affected folks, if a sufficient number of complaints are received within this period, then the should be banned for good.
Until the day the Nigerian Government and pple realise that the English and other Euro have a lot more to gain from Nigeria than Nigeria has to gain from them, then all the pussyfooting around such issues will stop.
