Samuel Hodge it is claimed was the grandson of Arthur Hodge, the British plantation owner hanged for the murder and cruel treatment of his slaves in the Virgin Islands.

If we do not have an accurate analysis of the problem, we cannot possibly develop a good strategy to resolve it.
