Just humour me and see me as God. *lol* Here's what I'd say.
1. What's the point of healing someone if they're going to sin again, it would be counter-productive. healing people who haven't cast out the evil from within themselves. They'll end up thinking they're good and deserving when they're not.
2. The Prince of the Earth rules this World. The Father Jesus spoke of rules heaven.
3. That is the Lord God not God the Father. Read Genesis chapter one to read about his creation. From Chapter 2.4 onwards it's the Lord God's creation.

ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.' Unfortunately for him, God the Father is before him. Most worship the LORD God, the one that flooded the Earth because his creation wasn't very Good like God the father's creation in Chapter one of Genesis.. The liar and murderer from the beginning which Jesus spoke of . Called him the Devil if I remember correctly. It's actually just the soul in a man. Making an internal evil into an external evil is the ultimate deception. Stops people from blaming themselves for their own actions. Thus the people don't learn, thus history repeats itselt, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
4. Because it was written by men, who generally write nonsesne.
5. LORD God. He rules this Earth, via working within all of us.
6. If people we're Good we wouldn't be in the LORD God's creation in the first place. The heart of man is evil from it's youth and is wicked and deceitful beyond all measure. That too is the LORD God's creation. He breathed a soul into Adam. A soul that is evil continously. As in Adam all die.
Matthew 19:17, "And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God:" This was to say that he too was here in a physical body with a soul(Devil) that tempted him, many times and in many ways, causing him great pain and suffering.
7. Parables. Don't take them literally. Why do you think the New Testament texts were hidden in jars in caves to begin with?
8. They've yet to overcome. Do that then he appears to take you to his Father's land. In spirit at the natural consclusion of your lifetime. That's the second coming, and that's how you avoid the second death. It's in Spirit. The second death is another incarnation right back here. The time that takes varies.
9. Parable again. Taken way too literally.
10. Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Christians and in fact all people get married and divorced on Earth. Doesn't mean anything.
If it wasn't for Christians all that I wrote above would be understood by all, all of which is written in black and white in the book they claim to understand. Worse of all Atheists argue from exactly the same faulty viewpoint that Christians do. i.e From the Christian understanding of the book. If they have none what exactly is the point of trying to counter-act that viewpoint using a viewpoint that is lacking in understanding in the first place? You'll just end up with questions like these which are answered ironically in the Bible.
