The questions were posed to "Intelligent Christians". It wasn't meant to be taken outside of the Christian box. I'm sure equally poignant questions could be manifest to rebut Islam, Hebrewism, and Hinduism as well.
If we were real citizens, then there would be no need for "Civil Rights". There are already enough laws on the law books to protect the rights of real citizens.
