I never said he did not have the drive. I just question where his heart is. Just because he was the oldest on the pitch most of the time does not mean he should have been captain.

He has a Chelsea uniform on, on his site. he has had over a year to change it. So that shows gallas is about gallas. no more no less.

yep we were young and we all thought at the beginning of the season that we would have trouble making the CL, so in hindsight we overacheived on what we followers thought about the upcoming season. We got our hopes high about a title and crashed. Still looking back this is a season to reflect on instead of crying over.

I think we are good enough, but we lack the focus and maturity. This especially showed when we visited other teams grounds or in big games. Still we can take the fact that we were the first British team to take down AC milan at the San Siro, but that holds little consolation in what should have been this season.

Just make sure that Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesborough do not catch you guys ........
