A REFORMED trouble-maker who dreamed of being a lawyer was stabbed to death in a row over a £50 mobile.
Lyle Tulloch was knifed three times – once in the heart – in a stairwell.
Pals at the same party believe it was a planned attack. The killer, in his mid teens, accused Lyle of stealing the phone, then lunged at him with a hidden blade.
The lad screamed and collapsed bleeding at flats in Southwark, South London, at 1.40am on Saturday.
Lyle is London’s 12th teen murder victim this year
His best friend, known only as Ramon, leapt 20ft from a second-floor balcony to flee the killer and an accomplice. Last night the 15-year-old said: “Lyle was laughing with his attackers before it happened. One was mixed race, the other black. The mixed race one accused him of taking a mobile, which he didn’t.
“Lyle saw a knife up his jumper sleeve, backed off, then I heard him scream.
“There was a lot of tension at the party. There were 17 boys and just three girls. I believe the killing was set up.”
Lyle’s mum Yvonne Tulloch, of Peckham, said: “The boys knew he didn’t have the mobile. The one with the knife was intent on doing harm.”
one will need a bigger lie to cover the first one
