How can you construe it to mean anything different?..."there was evening and there was morning, one day." I just can't see how it can be interpretted any other way than there was a period of evening and then morning constituting a day. We are talking about the same Earth we are living on which this "God" was supposedly creating at the time. It isn't that my mind is made up. Introducing grayness where there is none just seems agenda-driven to me.
As for my own spiritual book, I don't have one Jaz...and I never will...
