me personally firmly point the finger at the american CIA reasons being...
a stable black country so close to America would be seen as a threat...look how they treat their own black folk
now Jamaica is still a devloping country however the place is a wash with guns...seen it with me own eyes.. BUT the guns never stop comming... and its all the latest guns...not old WW2 stock that you see man packin on the streets of england.
another theory of mine is the who "bun dis" culture.. people bun battyman (a good thing) people bun informers...yet folk inform on each other everyday in one form or another...so when your neighbour notice you never go vote...click clack boom.
basically too much focus on other people buisness...just my 2 cents
