I am not sure where to start on this subject. Overall, I am disgusted at the level of child abuse. On another level, is this symptomatic of the effects on war of the mind of the soldier oops peacekeeper. Then again, on a more sinister level, does this reveal the racist nature of these UN peacekeepers, that they view black kids as nothing more than animals, and only good for whatever (sick) pleasure they (UN peacekeepers) can get out of them. If they were, say, in Morocco, would they be doing the same to Moroccan kids?
