Be interesting to know of any case where a woman has asked for a divorce and the application was declined, does anyone know what happens if one person says they do not want the divorce? I know the woman can make up nuff stories to get the man out of the house but their must be cases where a divorce is not granted and circumstances mean the two people still have to live in the same house.
