You really should quote the exact scripture you speak of instead of vague posts. However, I believe you are probably talking about when he was sent in a basket along the river.
2 things to consider:
- Semitic people, especially Arabs and Hebrews/Jews, were never a homogonous ethnic group. The purported baby Moses would have been identified by his tribal clothing, not his phenotype.
- Moses was not Hebrew, he was a Levite (Exodus 2:1-3). If you read the Bible closely, and have cognizance of Afrikan history, then even if Moses existed him being a Levite means he was Afrikan and not Hebrew.
