That's a case of murder plain and simple. But that doesn't mean the cops will be found guilty. They rarely are. I'm thinking of Jean Charles de Menzes here, nuff witnesses to the shooting, all blaming police and so on and those fuggers still got off.
I can even see how this trial would go. The snake devils would have a lawyer focus on why the arrest was happening, how bad a person the victim was and all that crap. The routine never changes.
Any idiot can see that police man murdered him, and despite what the family lawyer says that was blatantly a race thing. That cop would have NEVER dreamed of shooting a white boy like that. Any idiot can see it. But then that don't mean justice will get done.
