I agree with all that. The defense attorney "if they do find cause" to try them will have a task on hand. I am from this country and lived at the end of the times in which it was worse than it is now if you can believe it.

There is no excuse for what I see in the video (but I am not the judge or jury). I did not count the number of officers but I would estimate at least 5. The only justification that I could derive from an officer having to use deadly force would have been if the young man would have had a weapon or was going for one.

As bad as some black youth act in the face of being apprehended by police nothing visible or psychological could justify what is seen on this film.

There is one lesson that has yet to be learned by some of our youth and that is that you do not bow up to someone with a gun....
