After reading what has happened to you I would suggest making a back up of all your stuff that is important to you including keeping copies of the programs suggested above.

Secondly I would seriously consider formatting your hard drive. Its the only sure fire way of getting rid of all the trojans on your pc. I know that this can be a bit of a pain, but in the long run its the best option in my opinion.
