My Boss...urgghh i hate that word.

Is a ex teacher, a very educated woman and must now be in her early sixties. FOR the life of me she lacks basic common sense!!!!

At first it was endearing because she's old ...but now I'm on the verge of telling her to retire and take up knitting and basket weaving!

At such an executive level you'd think that she have a better grasp at the day to day activities...but DAMN I literally have to spoon feed her.

she's very annoying and condescending......and recently tried to throw me under a bus because sent a email to me after I'd left the office, which obviously was not seen/responded to until the next day.

I overheard her talking about me to another senior manager and she sent an email about it.......I've been working since the age of 15.....I know about workplace politics and backbitting. I don't usually let it affect me but I swear I'm too flippin grown for this...argrrghhhhhhh
