Lots of Great stuff to see, Dizee Rascal will be playing at one of the Music Events, so definitely worth checking out.
Please support this Brothers and Sisters so we can have more of these events.

just some of the artists.
MC Solaar + TY and Band
Rapper MC Solaar is one of the world's greatest rap artists today. With a cracking band creating sonic rhythms, his music becomes majestic and totally unpredictable.
Dizzee Rascal plus Tony Allen
At the forefront of the UK's Urban scene his new album, Showtime, is a volcanic ride of crazy wordplay, ghetto techno and bottom heavy bass and tonight he brings this electrifying mix to the Royal Festival Hall.
Yvonne Chaka Chaka
The country's top selling female singer, Yvonne Chaka Chaka - together with her full South African band - combines African rhythms and western pop sensibilities to create one of the most soulful music in Africa today.
Koffi Olomide + The Queens of Lagos
Congolese soukous is one of the most passionate dance music in the world and its undisputed king is Koffi Olomide who fuses deep funk and reggae to make the music even more infectious.
Baaba Maal
In this special performance Baaba will premiere a new composition inspired by the Hayward Gallery's Africa Remix exhibition.
Orishas
] Havana's Hip Hop finest. The first group to fuse Cuban rhythms and vocals with Hip Hop beats, Orishas perform an extended set which takes in new Latin R&B with an expanded band.
King Sunny Ade
[size=3]Who better to end the Africa Remix festival than Africa's most successful artist, Nigeria's King Sunny Ade, with the rich eloquence of the massed talking drums, chiming guitar lines, call and response of the backing singers, the hip shaking, gravity defying dancers and King Sunny Ade's own majestic presence.

A friend and I went to Hayward gallery to see the art display last Sunday... very impressive I thought.
You need at least three hours to fully enjoy the whole display and also watch some of the video presentations...
There is one video presentation done by an Ethiopian artist, I highly recommended you make time to watch, I think running time is about 30-45 min. It’s a group of men from all over Africa who live in Sweden sitting at a dinner table talking about their experience when they first arrived in the country, their experience with white women and how they went about getting to stay... at times very funny, i got two new words from it as well (Kokobello and Gunilla).
The whole art display I thought was fantastic, you’ll regret it if you miss it… i cannot say enough how brilliant it is.
@Native Dimoke and i already have our tickets to see Yvonne Chaka Chaka banana.gif

Yes people....DO GO....we keep saying that we need more exposure, well this is your chance to see and support our artists!
Plus the more of us go, the more likely this event is to go on for years to come......
AND DO try and get a ticket for Yvone Chaka Chaka......Its one of those opportunity that comes every few years....So DO GO and experience another black entertainment culture that has nothing to do with Hip Hop, Rap ect.........She is just amazing....Oh and she will be joined by a Madagascan artist.....which would be a very interesting combinationniceone.gif
Again i echoe what NT said.....GOOOOOO and it cost less than going to see 50 rubishcent:P
