I am looking buy property anywhere in the UK for cash, I am willing to pay 75% - 85% of market value.

how about in the US?
I have a ton of rehab properties to sell in the very HOT market of Baltimore, Maryland! At 2-1, UK people should be flooding to buy property in America. (I am assuming you are an experienced rehabber?)
I am working with a client from the UK who is buying a house in Baltimore for $150K !!! Like at said at 2-1 that is 75K pounds! I have rehabs for as little as $25K....Fix up, put a tenant in there for $800-1400/month...kick back...watch your equity grow and I will manage the property for you!
