noisy neighbours
......you know how it goes, neighbours start to play their music at ten pm and it doesn't turn off till 3am in the morning....
this happened to me this morning.... so you can imagine that how i feel now...this isn't the first time the neighbours been nosiy but it is the first time that i actually felt like punching him.... the guy who is making the noise is an older son of the family that lives next door to me... suggestions
In July 1994, 26 year old Donna O'Dwyer, a young African woman, fell 13 floors to her death in Leyton, East London. trying escape fire after arson attack on a 'noisy' party. It was not recorded as racially motivated despite the attackers' ex National Front membership and collection of nazi paraphernalia. The european responsible, Peter Thurston, was given life for arson, GBH and murder.
Contact your local Police Community Support Officers who will know the relevant parts of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 to jam down their throats. Works 99 per cent of the time..
No need to punch anyone these days for that type of thing. Got laws like joke and people to enforce them.
