Trying to reach the Rotterdam Carnival this again this year, I went for work purposes and this time I would like to go for more leisurely reasons.

Can anyone suggest the best way to travel? I will probably stay in Amsterdam because its only 20 mins by train.

Any one know where I can seek out a deal (possibly inclusive?)
