Women should realize they are not perfect, thereforeall theunsolicited advice should be kept to themselves. Especially with regards to dictating to grown men the rules of being a man when they aremarginally successful in raising their own sons to be conscientious young men.

Overall they should understand that it's alright to be wrong sometimes. There's no shame in it if steps are taken to correct the mistakes.

...black men need support and encouragement, not criticism...
